Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the cleaning appointment, and any outstanding balances must be settled within 7 days. While we make every effort to deliver the highest quality of service, we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains or complete eradication of odors. Sunsae Limited and its employees are not liable for any damages to items or property left out during the cleaning process.
